Term Three Secondary Report Card

Report cards for term three for secondary students will be emailed to parents beginning tomorrow (Friday, April 23) afternoon.  The Ottawa Carleton District School Board will no longer be using a portal for accessing report cards.

The report card is in a PDF format and you will need to enter your child’s Ontario Education Number (OEN) to access it. The OEN can be found on any previous provincial report cards. When entering the OEN, please include the hyphens (dashes).

Please read these Frequently Asked Questions   FAQ's  to know more.

In the email that you will receive tomorrow, you find a link to your child’s email at the bottom of the page.

What happens if I can’t access the report card through the email?

If you do not have your student's OEN available to you, please send an email to the school office at the following address:

[email protected]

Please include your student's name in the subject line.  Due to the confidential nature of the report card your email must come from an email address that is currently registered to your student's parent or guardian.  This email address is monitored on a regular basis and we can get some of the folks working remotely to respond to these emails.  Due to the PD Day on Friday, April 23, staff won’t be responding to parent emails until Monday, April 26.

For any additional questions or concerns regarding the email address or the OEN, please contact the school office at (613) 843-7722.
