For the 2018-2019 school year, we are moving to an online locker system, where students will choose their lockers. This will eliminate the need to line up for Locker Day in late August, and we anticipate will make locker selection much smoother.  We anticipate that the online program will be available on July 3rd, and at that time students who have paid their fee will be able to log in and choose a locker.

The process will be as follows:
1. Students will pay their voluntary student fee ($25) online, using the regular School Cash Online system that has been in use this year. Student fees can also be paid in the main office, using cash or a cheque. Students will also have the option of paying for a yearbook at the same time.
2. Within 24 hours of payment, students will be able to choose their locker once they have logged into the Locker Assignment login page. Note that there will be a bit of a delay between paying, and being granted access to choose a locker (24 hours), because the two systems (online payment, and locker choice) are not linked with each other. 

As in past years, students who choose not to pay the student fee will be able to choose a locker during the first week of classes. There will still be lots of lockers available at that time. 

Things to note:

1.  Students' login information will be as follows:
Login Name: Student #
Password: Student # 
Note that the password and the login name are the same - students DO NOT use their normal password for this site. However, after the first login, the program will require that students change their password, to protect their privacy. 

2.  Students will choose their locker based on zones within the school, as well as size of locker (full locker, upper half locker, lower half locker). To view the various locker zones throughout the school, please see this map of locker zones

3.  Students will need to record their lock combination before they choose their locker. 

4.  Once a locker has been chosen, the student will not be able to change their choice. The only way to choose a different locker is to have the main office delete their original choice. 

5.  Students who pay their fees between the dates of July 21 - August 12 will not be uploaded into the locker system until August 13, as the school will be closed and there will not be staff available to administer the site.

6.  If a lock is put on a locker that has not been registered, it will be cut off.
